This quartz crystal cluster is a sparkling example of how versatile quartz can be, forming on all types of rock.

This white quartz cluster with yellow iron staining came from down in Dumfriesshire and was dug up at the start of last year (2023). It has defined all natural crystals balanced on quartz, growing on an unknown mineral.

As usual team TSC brought this home, gave it a clean with hot soapy and a toothbrush, and it is now ready to leave us. Could make a lovely crystal gift for the natural, ethical gemstone collector in your life.
