This stone came in a long time ago with one of our first bought recycled collections. I do not know what it is, so I didn't list it. I went to the mineral ID forums and asked them if they knew what it was and got no reply. I am none the wiser.

It does not react to vinegar and it cannot be scratched by a piece of known quartz, so whatever it is, it is harder than 7 Mohs. I have to go with some type of jasper.
