We found a stall in a car boot sale in early December which was selling individual stone crosses. Many of them were mislabeled, but this particular cross was not. It is an obvious tiger's eye crystal carved into a cross shape. I imagine these are mass produced somewhere. Tiger's eye is a lovely material and irresistable to us. We picked this one piece out for you guys. There were others but none so pretty. 
 
This is a preloved crystal cross. It is a Christian cross but not a crucifix, just a simple one. It appears to be all natural tiger's eye. Tiger's eye is mined in loads of places, including Australia, Namibia, India and China. We cannot vouch for the how or the where of its origins, but we did add it to a pretty sterling silver plated necklace that is 18 inches long. 
 
The bale connecting the pendant to the necklace is silver. I expect it is not 925. Paint it with a little clear nail varnish if you want to wear it with a metal allergy.
 
We send our necklaces out in a little gift bag and attached to a card so that they don't tangle. We will also include a wee card which tells you the history of your item, as much of it as we know.
