This is a nice Scottish rock with different minerals mixed together in a banded pattern. There are very clear green and peach layers, but the most striking is the dark grey band. Looking closely at this, you can see that it is actually a band of smoky quartz crystals! 
Found in South Ayrshire in 2023, this Scottish rock has just come out of the tumbler. It's polished, smart, and ready to be removed.
