This mossey skinned quartz nodule has a moss agate exterior in peach and green. This crystal was collected in South Ayrshire. It has a beautiful translucent skin which runs around the outer edge of the quartz in a defined band. There is only one band though. 
This Scottish rock specimen has been tumbled in the rock tumbler through five stages plus burnishing. It is now ready to go to its new home.
