This quartz point was labelled 'pineapple quartz' in the od crystal collection I bought part of back in the summer. I'm not sure what about it makes it pineapple. It has a slightly yellower tinge to it than other quartz crystals but it's not really yellow. A quick Google says that this can be used in place of female quartz in crystal healing? But I haven't heard of female quartz before and that's not a rabbit hole I am willing to follow.
 
I imagine this is a Chinese piece but I could be 100% wrong. It's a quartz point with multiple little points coming off it. It's pretty, it's just not a pineapple.
