These Scottish druzy quartz crystals can be found throughout Dumfries and Galloway. We find them all around the Dalbeattie area and along the Southern Uplands Way. This quartz crystal was ethically sourced from a stream in Dumfriesshire. It is small but pretty and quite typical of the area. You can see the yellow staining on it, either from rust, iron oxides in the soil, or heating.
