This piece of chalcedony skinned quartz pocket is one of our more interesting recent finds. Found in Ayrshire one week prior to the time of listing, this large nodule is about the size of a palm.
This is a super interesting piece. It has the pink skin of an agate coupled with the drama of a quartz pocket with visible teeth. On top of all that there's a calcite formation on one side. It's definitely a melodramatic rock. Perfect for those who want to spice up their crystal collection with something a bit different.
Prior to listing I checked the calcite under the uv light and it glows a lovely vibrant peach colour. This is a really unique crystal combo.
