Hoping to Donate or Sell a Crystal Collection?
Are you trying to sell your crystal collection? Unfortunately, we cannot buy every collection that we come across. We are limited in our budget which changes monthly depending on last month's sales and are unlikely to buy medium or large collections.
We do not buy collections with mostly dyed or sprayed crystals.
Please read our guide to what we are looking for in crystal collections before you fill in the form below. We receive multiple requests each day and we don't want you to waste your time. We are only in a position to buy from UK sellers.
Otherwise, feel free to enquire. We may well buy your collection.
If we don't buy from you, the best places to sell your crystal collection are:
-
Facebook Marketplace - Free Listings
-
eBay - Free to List, Percentage of Sale Taken at End of Auction
-
Your local auction houses
We accept most donations. Please contact us to discuss shipping.

What Happens to the Crystals you Donate?
When you donate rock collections or crystal collections to The Stone Circle, Kat will wash them in a bucket with hot soapy water, or with more delicate equipment if it is a fragile specimen. Crystals are cleaned with a toothbrush to get into the nooks and crannies.
Once the donated crystals are washed, they are left out in the sun to dry. This is Scotland though, so when there is no sun, we bring the rocks inside to dry in a room infused with incense. This is partially a spiritual practice of cleansing, but mostly because we want them to smell nice when you open the box.
Once washed and dried, the rocks are individually listed in our online rock shop with clear labelling regarding where they came from or when they were donated, plus what they are. Each rock will arrive with a card telling you what we know about it.
Donated Crystals are Resold, Some of the Profits go to Charity
Donated rocks are listed and resold to new owners who will love them and care for them. The proceeds go towards funding The Stone Circle to do more - but we felt bad about this, so we changed our minds.
For each donated crystal sold we will put a handful of coins in a big old jar. Once the jar is full, the coins will be counted and sent to an environmental charity somewhere in Scotland. This gives us another way to contribute to the betterment of the country we so cherish.
Likely suspect charities include tree planting, coastal preservation, bird and animal habitat development, and those kinds of things. Details will be provided below when we get the ball rolling.
Donate To a Scottish Charity Without Rocks
You can donate to our current favourite charity - Trees for Life - without donating rocks. You can also pay to dedicate a tree via the National Trust for Scotland, where every £7.50 donation plants a sapling.
