This is a big old heavy chunk of Septarian. Calcite veins run through this iron rich nodule. It was found in East Lothian back in July 2022. We come across Septarian irregularly so this was a nice surprise. Only listing it now because it is quite a hefty chunk for its size. Our scales are off today or we could give you an accurate weight, but this hand sized Septarian from Scotland is weighty.
