So this was a rare find!

In the lowland hills we have unearthed all types of calcite, from big points to tabular crystals and everything in between. This spray of dogtooth points is a new one.

Found during a walk in May, this was one of maybe six pieces we grabbed that day. We went off the path to a different location and found strange material. This dogtooth calcite from Scotland just goes to show what happens when we remember to explore!

Found in Dumfries and Galloway, this is a cool British minerals specimen. In terms of healing crystals, this piece has the rebuilder energy of calcite.

There are other minerals in there with the calcite spread on host rock.
