This beauty of a clear agate has the ghost of a banded agate at its core. It took a beautiful shine after four rounds of grit plus soap cycles. We have three rock tumblers running.
This rock came from South Ayrshire. It's not unusual to find clear chalcedony down there but it is unusual that they shine like this.
Don't lick the rocks even if they do look like jelly beans.
