I love this materisl. This piece of green calcite, sometimes called Carribean calcite, was donated to the shop by a friend of the page. Since it is a donation, we add money to a jar if it sells. The jar will go to a Scottish charity, probably one that helps the Cairngorm forest replenish after the horrible fire of July 2026.

This green calcite actually forms a natural crystal shape and has not been cut or polished this way. This stone has a beautifully waxy feel to it, characteristic of calcite. Plus it's green. It's really cool.

This green calcite crystal was washed and dried before it was added to the box of things to be listed.
