This is a white and pink rock from down in Ayrshire. Thought it was a pretty combo of colours and picked it up. It has been polished through 4 weeks of grits, polishing powder, and soap.
I think the pink is potassium feldspar, or k feldspar, but it might actually be chalcedony. It took a far better shine than the quartz did.
