This rock was found in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland, back last year. We were down there twice over the summer and spring, so it was collected on one of those two trips. They were in the same washing bucket so I am not sure when exactly.

It was found just of the Southern Upland Way in the hills. It has golden or yellow coloured copper crystals in it and then on top it has green crystals, probably malachite but perhaps other things like chrysocolla.

Chrystal healers call malachite the stone of transformation. Green stones are associated with luck and with money, especially when they have that hit of gold inside.
