This crystal cluster came from Dumfries and Galloway and was collected in 2025. It has just come out of the goldpan, which is where I keep the rocks I need to wash. It is a big pan. It has been a long haul of washing rocks. 
 
This Scottish crystals is completely natural and has been washed in hot, soapy water, and then dried. Asides from that, we found it in a field and brought it home. Crystals do not get more ethically sourced than that.
 
I can see at leat four nice little points on this quartz crystal. It is about the size of a fifty p piece - but an old one, not one of these fancy small new ones. Betraying our age but it is for a good cause. This crystal has milky to clear points and a distinctive shape. It feels like an alter or shrine crystal. That golden chalcopyrite and the milky white calcite crystals make this cluster extra special.
