We are told that you can find gypsum in Scotland, but we have yet to track it down. The rain gets to it too quickly. We don't exactly have the arrid conditions needed for the formation of the desert rose.

No crystal shop would be complete without selenite crystals and no crystal collection is, either. We pick selenite up secondhand and occasionally pick it up when we spot it in charity shops. We do know a rockhound who specialises in unearthing selenite slabs - so watch this space. In the meantime you can shop for selenite and gypsum cystals below.
