This carnelian is a truly vibrant colour. It is a bit on the bright side to indicate heat treatment though, so I think we are OK. It has that carnelian orange glow that we love and a brilliant polish. It was likely batch polished somewhere across the seas. We bought it online as part of a larger crystal collection and are just trying to rehome it.

You can see a small quartz winow on this, indicating at least a little agate patterning.
