New to the shop we have two of these labradorite palm stones. One appears more of a moonstone while the other - this one - is dark. We decided it made sense to list them separately but will probably copy and paste the description because they came from the same place.
 
These were in a second hand crystal collection which we picked up in an online auction in the end of December 2025. They are fairly thin pieces, ideal for smoothly stroking as a worry stone in the palm of your hand. 
 
We don't have a blog about labradorite yet but it is in the works. Watch this space. We know that it is an igneous rock, rather than a crystal, and that it is formed of feldspars  with labradoresence (which we can pronounce but not spell) which creates that shimmer of colour. 
 
This labradorite palmstone has small patches of shimmerine silvery flashes. It doesn't have a huge amount of colourful flash to it, rather it has small patches of blueish silver. 
 
Kind of tempted to put this in the larvikite section but I have written it out already. These go new for around £7.
