This is a lovely piece of white quartz from the South of Scotland. We take routine trips south because the drive is nice and it is closer than the Highlands! We hunt these out in the rivers and in old piles of long-forgotten dirt. Mainly, they erode from the earth themselves. We don't tend to dig for our crystals. We just take what the earth gives us.
 
This piece feels like a feather brushing your skin. It has that lovely, gentle, dappling sunlight feel of a fresh, untouched piece of quartz. We cleaned it but we didn't have to. It was this clean straight out of the dirt.
