We make infrequent trips up to the Scottish Highlands to look at the rocks. We have some of the oldest rocks in the world, dating to billions of years old. We are on a constructive plate so material is being eroded slowly up and out via the plates pushing and folding together underneath.
Short geology talk aside, we routinely bring back the rocks that are impressive, that we trip over, or that otherwise want to get out of the river.
This Scottish boulder is 2.5kg plus change. It will be a beggar to ship so we can't send it abroad. I will have to refund if you buy from abroad and then we will both be disappointed.
This smoky quartz Boulder features three distinctively dark patches. It also has a whole layer of mica schist in that golden green colour on it.

This rock would make the kind of doorstop that you would fall over all the time. It's an industrial sized paperweight. More likely, this Boulder will be smashed up into tumbling material or to be made into cabochons for pendants. I bet a slice of it looks fantastic.
