We picked this piece of crystallized quartz up from a rock hunting trip down in Dumfriesshire earlier in 2025. We have been lucky with the weather this year. Of three trips, only one was wet. We picked this one up on the last trip circa October.
There is a bonus with this crystal I didn't see when taking pics. There is a cluster of other minerals on the back of the piece with possible copper shining through.
