We routinely buy in old crystal collections and sell them on but we also accept donations of old rock collections that people don't know what to do with. This piece of fluorite came in with a donated crystal collection which we received early in 2026. This is us just getting around to listing it.

I thought this was amethyst. It doesn't seem to fluoresce and it doesn't scratch easily. A bit of quartz did chip a little of it. It has the Lustre of fluorite. Sometimes Id is hard.

It's a nice mineral specimen and displays the usual interesting zig-zag lines you would expect to see from a chevron.

This rough rock for sale has been washed in hot, soapy water, and dried in an incense filled room.
