I am about to list a bunch of smaller sized agates all at once.

Each of these comes from Ayrshire, all from the waterways around the Alloway area. This is where the Burns Cottage is. Each agate or chalcedony piece will be slightly different, as described below.

This mineral specimen from Scotland has a chalcedony outer skin in a cool orange colour. After that band of lovely colour, it goes all out with quartz pocket. It took a nice shine in the tumbler. We're not sure how many bands you need to classify chalcedony and quartz as agate.
